Parent Resource Center - Making a Difference The Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act supports programs that foster a safe and drug-free learning

Mission is to improve student academic achievement by facilitating the
delivery of health, wellness, and educational services to the children,
families, and staff in the School District of the City of Saginaw. |

Homebound and Hospitalized Service is a self-study program
designed to help pupils, who are unable to attend school due to a medical
condition. The homebound teacher
carries the curriculum from school to home or treatment facility to enable
pupils to continue with their studies.
These services are designed to help the classroom teacher(s)
communicate with the pupil while away from school. |
Health Services collaborates with community agencies and schools to support the health care
of our students, which include: ·
