Saginaw Students at the International Science & Engineering Fair

The SCSEF is an affiliate with the ISEF for twenty-four years. In that time, the SCSEF has sent fifty-nine students (two per year, plus eleven MichSEF state Grand First Award winners.) These students have won three Best in Category Awards, twenty-two Grand Awards, which go to no more than the top one-third of the projects at the ISEF. These students have also received thirty-five Special Awards or Scholarships. Below is a list of all of the students from Saginaw County who have attended the ISEF. We have listed their entry category and all of the awards they received at the ISEF. Student names in italics denote Saginaw County students who were representing Michigan by virtue of winning a Grand First Award at that year’s MichSEF. (Through the 2008 ISEF)
