Science and Engineering Fair
(ISEF)
Results
are through the 2007 Intel ISEF.

The SCSEF has been affiliated with
the ISEF for twenty-three years.
In that time, the SCSEF has sent fifty-six students (two per year,
plus ten MichSEF state Grand First Award winners.) These students have won twenty-two
Grand Awards, which go to no more than the top one-third of the projects at
the ISEF, including three Best in
Category award winners. These students have also received thirty-five
Special Awards or Scholarships.

Michigan
Science & Engineering Fair
(MichSEF)
Results
are through the 2007 MichSEF.

The SCSEF has been affiliated with the MichSEF for twelve
years, and has sent 120 students to compete at the state level. In that time,
our students have received sixty-nine
Grand Awards, including ten Grand
First Awards (the Science Fair equivalent of a State Champion.) These
students have also received seventy-five
Category, Special, Professional or Scholarship Awards.

Discovery Channel
Young Scientist Challenge
(DCYSC)
Results
are through the 2006 DCYSC
|

The
SCSEF has been affiliated with the DCYSC
for 7 years. The SCSEF nominates the top five students in each of the Elementary
and Junior Divisions to participate in the DCYSC. The nominated students
complete and submit an entry form by late May. During the summer, judges will
select semifinalists and finalists. Our students have become Semi-Finalists seventeen times, and a Finalist twice. Finalists receive an all
expense paid weeklong trip to Washington D.C.
