We the caring people of C. C. Coulter community are committed to the shared responsibility of creating a total learning environment. This will be accomplished by using a variety of approaches and methods to meet the needs of all students enabling them to become life-long learners. Coulter offers all day Pre-Kindergarten, all day kindergarten, Accelerated Reading, structured tutorial, Foster Grandparents, Youth First, H.O.S.T, Title I and 31A Support, and 21st Century. C. C. Coulter is a pilot site for Youth First, a program designed to ensure all youth have reasonable access to quality youth development and recreation programming. This wonderful program provides opportunities in nine key skill focus areas: Academics, Career Exploration, Family Involvement, Fitness, Life Skills, Recreation, Sports, Technology, and Visual and Performing Arts. |
