BID #1 SAGINAW PUBLIC SCHOOLS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS SITE DEVEOPMENT & RENOVATIONS TO RUBEN DANIELS MIDDLE SCHOOL
The School District of the City of Saginaw is accepting bids for site development and renovations at Ruben Daniels Middle School 1010 Hoyt Saginaw, MI Bid documents will be on file with: Wm. Kibbe & Associates 1475 S Washington Saginaw, MI 48607 (989) 752-5000 Sealed bids are due at the Saginaw Schools’ Administration Bldg 550 Millard St. Saginaw, MI 48607 No later than 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 23, 2010 where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be accepted after the specified deadline. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities therein. The District also reserves the right to award the contract as it deems in its best interest. Bidders will be required to submit a signed and notarized statement, disclosing any familial relationship between the owner, an employee of the bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the School District. A bid without such a sworn and notarized statement will not be considered. |

BID #2 SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF SAGINAW REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LEGAL SERVICES
The School District of the City of Saginaw is seeking qualified attorneys or law firms to submit sealed proposals to provide the district with legal services. Specifications may be obtained by clicking the Open Bid link, or by contacting Tamara Johnson at (989) 399-6541 or tjohnson@spsd.net.
Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., September 20, 2010. These proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or container clearly labeled “District Legal Services” and delivered to the Accounting Office, Attn: Tamara Johnson, 550 Millard St., Saginaw, MI. 48607. Proposals, or changes to proposals submitted prior to the bid opening, will not be accepted by telephone, email or facsimile machine. No proposals will be accepted after the opening date and time as specified.
The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part and to waive informalities therein. The District further reserves the right to award the contract as it deems in its best interest.
Proposals must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized disclosure statement, indicating any familial relationship that exists between themselves/their firm and the Superintendent of this District, his Executive staff, or any member of the Board of Education.
