Breakthrough to Literacy is an outstanding reading program that is implemented in our Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten classrooms. It addresses the important components of reading and is aligned to the findings of National Reading Council and National Reading Panel. |

Students at Jessie Rouse may open an account at TEAM ONE here at the school. To open an account the student will need $5 and a form filled out. The student can then deposit any amount they want to their account on each Tuesday. Students in the 5th grade act as tellers under the guidance of a Team One employee.
